Srinagar, 12 May (KMW): In a major development, President Kashmir Press Club Mohammad Saleem Pandith resigned from his position setting off a series of speculations regarding the goings-on in the club that’s yet to get a formal body. Pandith was appointed as interim president immediately after the announcement of the inception of the club was put out in the month of February. The club has started a membership drive before the elections will take place and the office bearers are chosen. This abrupt resignation by Pandith is seen as discord in the interim committee. Pandith who is the bureau chief of Times India wasn’t available for comment.
